Reason for Return
We have received your return request. Kindly, print the attached shipping label, pack the goods preferably in the original shipping bag or box, and drop off the package in any Fedex location. Returns will be processed after the package is received in our warehouse. A tracking number is provided for your convenience.
An email is also being sent to you with a QR code and attached label in PDF format . If you do not have access to a printer, you can stop by in any Fedex location with this email and the associate will scan the QR code included in the email and print the required label for you. (If you deleted a previous return label request for this order , please be sure to use the LATEST email when you get to the Fedex location. )
All items being returned must be unworn with original tags and packaging intact. [BRAND] reserves the right to deny a return or a refund if the merchandise does not meet the requirements of the Return and Exchange Policy. Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable and all online returns will include $6.00 restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for credit to appear on your statement if the refund is approved.
